I'M ON A "GOLD" ONE!!!!!!

DJ Khaled has struck digital gold with his new single "I'm On One," a popular song that features Rick Ross and Drake.

“I'm On One” has sold over 500,000 copies, earning a gold certification from the RIAA, just one week after the single made its way to the #1 position, after eight weeks on the Billboard charts.

According to data compiled by Billboard, "I'm On One” is the first #1 single for DJ Khaled and Rick Ross.

The Miami spin doctor discussed the news on AllHipHop.com's "Next 48 Hours With DJ Khaled" series, which will formally be released later this summer.

"I was telling Bird [Cash Money CEO Bryan Willams], we're gonna need like two or three more of these because it looks like this is going to go 3 million [copies sold]," DJ Khaled told AllHipHop.com. "This is like one of the fastest #1 records. That's fast and it's still selling, it aint gonna stop selling. I'm excited man."

Busta Rhymes was on hand to witness the gold plaque being unveiled.

"He got the plaque quick, it's a motherf**ing movie, four weeks, two weeks in June and 4 weeks in July, 6 weeks," Busta Rhymes said. "That's s**t is amazing, I'm proud of this sh*t right here, playboy."

Birdman also commented saying that this would be the standard of future success.

"F**k how it used to be, this is how it's gonna be," Birdman stated.

DJ Khaled's latest album We The Best Forever landed in stores today (July 19th).

The album features production by The Runners, Renegade, Danja, Lex Lugar, Nasty Beat Makers, Boi-1da and others.

Guests who round out the album include Chris Brown, Keyshia Cole, Ludacris, T–Pain, Cee-Lo, Wacka Flocka, Jeezy, Birdman and others.
